"Glashaus disappoints because of its location and overall setup. It doesn't "feel" like a hotel, it feels like an office. The map app will give you a notice that you have arrived and you are literally next to a running trolley with no ability to stop. We parked in a paid lot and had to walk across the trolley to find the entrance to the hotel which was around the corner. The parking facility is another adventure as you have to navigate to it after walking back to your car. The key access to...
"Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a big plus. Parking was free.
We chose this hotel because we wanted to avoid driving into Dublin, paying for city parking, and spending extra on breakfast. The nearest Luas tram station was about a 15-minute walk away, or a 10-minute Uber ride for around €12. This made getting into the city both convenient and cost-effective. A round-trip tram ticket to Dublin was only €5.60, making...
"Overall, our stay at the Plaza was wonderful. The only 'fly in the ointment' was in the bathroom: a couple of loose floor tiles and bathtub with sides that are too tall for ease of access."
"The breakfast was really good. Be prepared that there is no air conditioning. Even though the temperature outside was highs in the upper 60s, lower 70s, the room was really hot. There was a small fan provided, but we were still uncomfortable. Would not stay here again because of this."
"I was informed secure parking but although security cameras I would have preferred private entry as cars being sold & people turning up to view on my arrival & half hr after I arrived
I did call in advance as I was in a high roof van"
